with all due respect to others i've crowned too soon. album of the friggin year (ed. note: so far).
full disclosure. i don't know a damn thing about her. i guess she had a hit (hits)? just happened to read a review that sparked my interest. badassss. speakin about stuff most of her stature don't go near (think outkast w/ an agenda campin at late 60s/early 70s james brown's place AND payin rent!). trippy/funkadelic-y/stream of conscience/wacked out/great singin ... i.e., shit that moves (me). damn.
